Shipping & packaging: Send us the battery and its charger, securely packed. Please note: the casing must not have been opened before.
Professional overhaul: We replace the complete inner assembly (cells and electronics) with a pack of the capacity you have chosen.
Completion & dispatch: After the overhaul you will receive an invoice by email. As soon as payment has been received, we will send the battery straight back to you.
Turnaround Time & Warranty
Turnaround time: On average 5 working days after receipt.
Warranty: Standard 2-year warranty on the complete overhaul.
