Important information about the display readout: When using the Van Raam Silent Smart Display, the battery percentage readout works excellently and accurately after the overhaul. Please note, however, that the estimated range is no longer shown on this display.

Our Overhaul Procedure

Shipping & packaging: Send us the battery and the accompanying charger, securely packed. Please note: the housing must not have been opened previously.
Professional overhaul: We replace the complete inner assembly (cells and electronics) with a pack of the capacity you have chosen.
Completion & dispatch: After the overhaul you will receive an invoice by email. As soon as payment has been received, we will send the battery straight back to you.
Turnaround Time & Warranty
Turnaround time: On average 5 working days after receipt.
Warranty: Standard 2-year warranty on the complete overhaul.

Previous overhauls: Has your battery already been opened or reconditioned by another company? If non-original parts have been used, we are unfortunately unable to carry out the overhaul.
